All Health Care Administration (HCAD) students complete a year-long, paid, their final year prior to graduation. Most enrolled HCAD students apply to join their Administrative Residency Cohort about halfway through their sophomore year, typically by early March.Early in the spring semester ARCC advisors will invite eligible students in to review and finalize their Planner Report and confirm readiness to apply for their Administrative Residency Cohort.
