Tips for Using SCHED

SCHED web-based version

Click to access the web-based schedule.

  • Click the arrow next to “View” to select different versions of the schedule:
    • Simple—shows session titles, presentation titles, presenters’ and faculty mentors’ names. Hover over event to see the abstract, date, time, and location.
    • Expanded—shows all event details.
    • Grid—shows a calendar/time grid. Hover over event to see full details.
    • By Venue—provides a simple version of the schedule by location.
  • Search SCHED by keyword, session type, student name, faculty name, etc. using the search bar in the upper right-side of the page.
  • Filter events by date, type/event, or special category (e.g., CVTC, WI focus, Sustainability) on the right-side of the page.
  • Print or share the CERCA schedule, My Schedule (sign up/log in needed), or an event by using the icons in the upper right of the screen.
  • Hot tip: Sign up in SCHED to save CERCA events to your calendar and create your own personal schedule (My Schedule) of CERCA events.
  • Hot tip: The print view is a nice way to see the full schedule with day, time, titles, presenters, room at a glance.

SCHED mobile app

Open Google Play (Android phones) or the App Store (iPhones); search “Sched”; and download the SCHED app. Once you have downloaded SCHED, open it and search “UWEC CERCA 2026.”

  • On the mobile version, you can see presentation title, event type, location, presenters, and faculty mentor at a glance.
  • Search SCHED by keyword, session type, student name, faculty name, etc. using the search bar under the dates near the top of the screen.
  • Filter events by venue, date, type/event, or special category (e.g., CVTC, Sustainability) in the right of the search bar.
  • Click on an event to add to My Schedule (sign up/log in needed) or share via social media or email.
  • Hot tip: Sign up in SCHED to save CERCA events to your calendar and create your own personal schedule (My Schedule) of CERCA events.
